Botanical wall coverings, historic hues, vintage velvets, and brass accents are intertwined in this Brooklyn brownstone, together creating a warm interior that is suitable for both cocktail parties and everyday living. In the brownstone’s upper levels, the classic architecture and traditional moldings inform the interior; in the garden apartment below, which was designed to be used by the family’s daughters, friends, and family, we crafted a more modern interpretation of this timeless home.
